Title: New ATM for ZOA-Oakland ARTCC

A long time member at ZOA, Mark brings a lot of experience both VATSIM and real world to the position. Please join me in Congratulating Mark on his position.

I would also like to thank Michael Mund-Hoym for his past leadership for the ARTCC, there are some large shoes to fill over here.

I am eagerly looking forward to working with the controllers of ZOA and neighboring ARTCC's to keep that great partnership amongst the groups to continue the tradition of the Western Region's pride.
