Administrative Services Officer
About this job
The Administrative Services Officer is in charge of overseeing the Human Resources and Information Technology Departments.
Duties
(a) Oversees HR and IT department.
(b) Acts as HR and/or IT when vacant.
© Works with HR dept. when conducting interviews.
(d) Suggests candidates for HR and IT depts.
Human Resources Duties:
(a) In charge of hiring pilot level members.
(b) In charge of setting up pilot level accounts.
© In charge of administrating interviews with hub level candidates.
(d) Works with CEO and ASO in mediation efforts.
(e) Reports to ASO.
(f) Follows procedures/policies set forth by the Human Resources Policy Manual.
Information Technology Duties:
(a) In charge of updating company website, forums, teamspeak, etc. at direction of CEO and ASO.
(b) Other duties as delegated.
Events Officer:
About this job
The events officer is in charge of creating and managing the events department of SunShine Airlines. He/she shall also manage the public relations aspect of the airline.
Duties
(a) In charge of creating airline wide events.
(b) Acts as liaison between ARTCCs to schedule appropriate staffing levels for events.
© Acts as Public Relations Officer and communicates to stock holders and pilots updates with the airline.
Hub Manager Position:
About this job
Seeking hub managers for two of our hubs. We are searching for a manager for the Miami (KMIA) and Mc Carren (KLAS) Airports.
The ideal candidate would have previous management experience (realworld or virtual, virtual airline or ARTCC).
Duties
(a) In charge of day to day operations within specific hub.
(b) In charge of managing hub roster and removing inactive pilots when necessary.
© In charge of keeping a friendly atmosphere at hub level.
(d) Reports to COO.
(e) Other duties as delegated.
