The holidays are officially here presenting times of yuletide joy and panic! Join us at Fort Worth as we begin an annual tradition like no other! The Fort Worth Christmas Spectacular fully staffs Dallas Ft. Worth International for 9 WHOLE HOURS and across multiple sectors.

But wait, it gets better!

Merry Christmas y'all! We will be giving out more prizes than we know what to do with across the whole event through different competitions, VA Fly-Ins, Battle of the Cargo Carriers, and more!

This is an event you do not want to miss! Mark your calendars and stay tuned as we release more details about prizes, competitions, sponsor, and pilot signups.

Ethan,

Looks like your event will conflict with ZAU's. Unfortunately they listed their date with a 0000z on the 17th meaning 6PM on the 16th.

Reminder of a best practice we keep having to publish and remind folks about....  NEVER start an event at 0000Z -- start it at 2359Z if you must, but do SOMETHING to make it clear what the local day is.

ZAU, can you clarify if your event was intended for Sunday night local and that's why you put it on the calendar for Sunday, or Saturday night local in which case you should have a time different than 0000Z and have put it up on the calendar for Saturday.

Yep totally forgot on that one. We are starting 2359z Saturday.
