Virtual Airlines / Virtual USA Flying Club
« on: January 09, 2023, 01:10:13 PM »
Although not actually a Virtual Airline, we are a flying club that is partnered with VATUSA!

The Virtual USA Flying Club is a community on VATSIM that works to promote general aviation and VFR flying on the network. The club was founded on August 16th, 2019. This club provides members an opportunity to take a break from the 121 airline flying on the network, and try something a little different.

Virtual USA Flying Club typically holds 4 to 6 general aviation events monthly. Our ADMIN team works to ensure that events are entertaining and easy to participate in. The club also has many members willing to help those who may be new to GA learn the basics. You’ll be sure to find high quality aviation conversations in the Discord as well. There are NO time requirements, and you may use the Discord at your leisure. You are also free to come and go as you please. All we ask is that you please post in the appropriate channels and follow our simple rules.

If you enjoy General Aviation flying you'll find a home with us. Although most of our events are USA based and typically cater to USA time zones, we do also occasionally have international friendly events and event times. ALL ARE WELCOMED! We look forward to welcoming new members to join us!

Runway 35 is useful in bad winds!
35 Would be worse with the crosswind tonight actually...

Pilots should have an alternate planned just in case. Winds look like they do favor a high go around rate tomorrow. Load up them fuel tanks.

Virtual Airlines / Online Group Flights
« on: August 10, 2011, 04:36:27 PM »
Online Group Flights is looking for new members, and also looking to support VATUSA with traffic.

We are a group that is dedicated to provide group flights on the VATSIM network that all can participate in. We have a strong focus in VATUSA, and are interested in adding new members to our group. We also would like to work with ARTCCs to create events, and provide more traffic for the controllers. We're always open to new ideas, and have a variety of events that give everyone something to enjoy. Through the use of TeamSpeak, we can coordinate during events, and get to learn from each others aviation knowledge.

Any questions may be directed to me below or to my email [email protected]

Thank you,
