I am appointing Raymond Salvagnini to the ZDC ATM position. Raymond has been a ZDC member for many years and has held numerous staff positions -- the latest being ZDC's DATM and TA. I'm hopeful that he will be able to increase ZDC's activity and visibility and make the facility one of the premier ARTCCs in the NE Region!
I also wish to thank Rick for his years of service as ATM. As you all have probably seen by now, Rick is making an impact as Deputy Training Director. I look forward to continuing to work with Rick in his new role.
