Title: Support ticket system degraded functionality [Resolved]

We have just become aware that since the evening of 11/27, our support ticket system has been undergoing some significant "challenges", including our inability to close tickets, and no emails going out when tickets are opened, replied to, or their status changed.  Our data team has been alerted, but as of this writing, there is not currently an ETA for the system being restored to full capability.

This has been fixed as of 1945Z. Emails will continue to be received from the support system as normal. We apologise for any inconvenience.
