Departure Time in flight plan?

Departure Time in flight plan?

What is the correct time to use when filing the ETD in the Flight Plan?  Is it the "Out of Gate" time, or the "Off the Airport" time?  Thanks!

The correct time for ETD in the Flight Plan is the out of gate time.
