Congratulations Matt! I am confident that choosing you for this role is going to greatly help our Division move towards a very bright future. Your creativity and ability to take initiative is exactly what the Division Events Department needs to lead it to the top of the game. I am looking forward to working with you.

The competition for this role was intense and proved to be a very hard decision for us. There were several very qualified people willing to take on this role.
