This is a notification of recent changes made to the VATUSA Basic ATC/S1 Reference Handbook and CBT. This notification is available to view via CBT under the Updates Section of the CBT's.
This notification addresses new procedures to use with regards to Climb Via Sid Phraseology and to notify you that these changes have been updated in the official VATUSA training materials.
The changes mentioned in the notification directly affect the material made in VATUSA JO-7110.601 CHANGE 1 which was effective May 1, 2017.
These changes/updates are as a direct result of FAA document 7110.65W Change 3 that was released on April 27, 2017
