Hi all -- great news.  VATSTAR, a standalone Authorized Training Organization that JUST celebrated its first anniversary, is now certified to offer ALL FIVE available VATSIM pilot ratings, P1-P5.  Come on over to VATSTAR.com and see why we're one of the most active ATOs on the network!
