I finished the basic atc course but then i accidentally clicked the button to start the process of training over.

The website is telling me that i need to take the test but i already passed it

Yes i am waiting for my email from los angeles ARTCC

So just wait for that email and they will get you started. It shows that you have passed, so you should be fine.
