This evening, the VATUSA Customer Support database suffered a failure.  We are looking into the issue.  Even if it looks like you can submit a ticket, no one can see it.

There were two tickets submitted today.  I have personally emailed both people asking them to resend their requests.  As of 8pm Eastern Time this evening, there were no other outstanding tickets.

Until further notice, if you need assistance, please email [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected].  In the Subject line, please use one of the following:
Request VATUSA Membership Services Support
Request VATUSA Training Services Support
Request VATUSA Data Services Support

We will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your patience while we troubleshoot and restore full service.  There is currently no outlook for service restoration at this time (I feel like the power company!!   )

Well, less than one hour after the crash, our wonderful and talented Data Services Manager (god), Michael Martin, installed a fresh new system with more and better features than the old one.   It is linked from our home page, as the old one was, and can also be accessed via:  support.vatusa.net
