Vatusa CID verification

Hey Guys, I am looking to start my controller career. I went to do the CID Verification on the vatusa web sight (step one after you click become an ATC) and it says "CID/Password combination incorrect, please try again." every time, and i know i am not messing up the ID and password. Any ideas?

What tom is saying is use the www.cert.vatsim.net to find your CID, and Password completely. (and to ensure it is correct)

Andrew, the VATUSA Basic ATC exam has been assigned to you. Once you have passed that, you will be able to join an ARTCC.

I am also facing the same issue. My ID is 1255228. I sent the request for the approval to join the US Sector 2 days ago and now I verified that I am in the US Sector though I didn't receive any mails from VATSIM. Please help me!

You were transferred into the USA Division this morning.

If you are interested in becoming an air traffic controller, may I suggest you go to the VATUSA home page (www.vatusa.net), and click on the link to the right, under "Most Popular" that says, "Become a VATUSA ATC!"
