CID/Password combination incorrect, please try again.

My ID is 1255228. I sent the request for the approval to join the US Sector 2 days ago and now I verified that I am in the US Sector though I didn't receive any mails from VATSIM. Please help me! I get the error of " CID/Password combination incorrect, please try again. " . What to do?

Your transfer to the North American Region and USA was completed at 00:19z today. It will take up to 24 hours for the servers to receive the data of your transfer. At that time, you will be able to join a VATUSA ARTCC.

Hello.! I just got an e-mail 1 hour ago saying VATUSA Controller Added. I am able to login on this page http://www.vatusa.net/home.php and I see that I'm unassigned. But when I try to click on Become an ATC I'm stuck on the Step 1: That is verification http://www.vatusa.net/join1.php and I have entered my proper CID and Password but I still get this error "CID/Password combination incorrect, please try again." What to do? Please Help...
