Title: VRC Problem
Post by: Oscar Grochowalski on December 27, 2018, 09:49:39 AM
Dear members & staff,

I've installed VRC, set the Alias file and the POF file of the Boston ARTCC and set the sector and then save the profile, but every time I open the VRC it pops out the message:

"Could not retrieve server list from network. Using the cached server list and user-defined servers."

I was looking for any help in the internet and what I found is that I should have copy contents of servers file and put it into user-defined servers. However I still got this problem.

I can see on the chat log the same messages:

"Loading network information...
Error: Version check failed! HTTP error.
Network info loaded. 0 servers found."

Or when I connect as a observer I got immediate disconnect, or when I start MP Session the VRC freezes and closes.

I always run VRC as administrator and my internet connection is stable. What should I do? :-\

Thanks in advance!

That's normal for VRC 1.2.4. Version 1.2.5 fixes this issue. Download here: https://forums.vatsim.net/viewtopic.php?f=52&t=77406
