Need help transferring to Vatusa

Hello,

I have recently just passed my S1 exam and when I was trying to apply for ARTCC it said I was not in the right region. So when I went to Vatsim to check this it says I am in the Mexico region. This is funny because my Spanish is laughably terrible and does not include reading and writing by any definition so contacting VatMex is not an option. I have tried using Vatsims system but it tells me I have been assigned already and will not let me change. I have a support ticket with VatNA but have not seen any response from them. Any help on this would be much appreciated. Thanks much in advance.
