Title: Facility Engineer?

I was checking over the staff page of vZTL, and noticed a vacant slot in the page, with the title of Facility Engineer.  My question is, what the heck is an FE?

An FE is usually the guy who takes care of sector file updates, SOP and LOA correctness/relevance, etc. Not all facilities have them.

Thanks, I can see why some facilities just have vacancies in those positions.
