EAA Airventure will be celebrating its 50th year at Oshkosh this July! In order to celebrate this special occasion, the Chicago ARTCC proudly presents VatVenture 2019! The controllers of Chicago will be staffing up KOSH in Oshkosh, Wisconsin on Saturday, July 20th from 2200z - 0100z. We invite everyone to bring out their aircraft and have some great summer fun!

I want to say thanks to the folks who put this event on. I was excited for this event after attending AirVenture IRL last year. About an hour before the start time my internet connection failed but came up again about 20 minutes before the ending of the event. I appreciate the controllers staying a few minutes extra as I arrived @ Fisk about 10 minutes after the scheduled close time. Even though I was the only one coming up the tracks, it was a treat to "Rock the Wings".
P.S. I'm a fan of the Class D events for Wisconsin you've been doing within Chicago Center. I like the opportunity to fly GA to the locations less traveled on the network.

Sadly I had to work this past Saturday, but, I wanted to jump in & "second" this last bit!
