Title: ATC Help Needed!

Hi all.  Somehow I cannot get my ATC training to show completed so I can take the test.  It keeps showing me at 96% complete and when I look at the list it shows everything done so I am confused.  I tried to open a support ticket but nothing loads when I click that link.  Can anyone help?  Thanks.
