I have been waiting for someone to post something, but here it is. 2013 was a pleasure surving VATUSA, ZMA in particular but happy New Year. Lets make 2014 a good one

The ZMA ARTCC is teaming up with MMEX, ZSU, and MKJK on December 22th starting 2200z-0300z providing you with a diverse,exciting and unique experience and also a beautiful departing, en-route, and landing scenery. There will be full coverage with some outstanding and professional ATC.

Departing- MMMX, TNCM, and MKJS
Landing- KMIA

The Miami ARTCC would like to invite everyone to our upcoming ZMA FNO, "Friday Fun-Day" on August 23 starting 2300z. The ZMA ARTCC will be staffing (KMIA)with a top down service with some of the most professional Air Traffic Controllers on the network!

Events / The Miami Mega Ball 2013

ZMA will be hosting a special event on April 20th 2013, starting 2200z-0400z. The ZMA ARTCC will be introducing "The Miami Mega Ball 2013".
This event will be a "Lottery" type of event.
Pilots will be Departing KATL, TNCM or KMCO into KMIA with full ATC.
In this event there is going to be 6 prizes.
Each prize has its own number. For example: Prizes 1’s winning number is 123 . Prize 2’s winning number is 15 ect….
The pilots will have to fly from one of the featured airports KATL, KMCO, or TNCM and choose and number between 1 and 150
When pilots are on final with MIA_TWR they will be asked what is their chosen number.
The first pilot to guess the correct number for each prize will win it till we are out of prizes.
