Do you have pending transfers?
If the above are all green, you are eligible to submit a transfer request. Are you eligible?
I'm not sure why this isn't working nor join facility hasn't shown up.
That is because you have already submitted a transfer request to ZSE.

Events / Good Morning Seattle: Training Edition

Come and join the students and controllers of the Seattle ARTCC bright and early on Saturday morning, April 29th! For this event, the students will be taking over and controlling Seattle - Tacoma International Airport (KSEA) and Portland International Airport (KPDX) for some practice, and maybe even an OTS. All traffic is welcomed, come give our students a challenge! Event begins at 8:00 AM, until 11:00 AM PDT (1500 - 1800z).

« on: February 26, 2017, 03:47:30 PM »Interesting Don posts this on the day of the event. It just so happened that Oceanic was online for the FRA -> JFK event. I get if VA's don't want ATC, but if they do, places need to be notified much sooner than this.
We were notified a few months ago, along with the Shannon FIR. I'm not sure if the VA coordinated with anyone in between.
