NOTAMs / Nicola Felini is new VATNA1

The VATSIM Board of Governors is pleased to announce Nicola Felini as new Region Director for the North America Region.
Nicola is by far no stranger to the VATSIM community. Nick started in our network back in 2007 and fast became Controller and Instructor in the New York ARTCC. Further more, Nicola took over the Supervisor Duties and became VAMTSIM Membership Manager in the North America theatre. This all, plus his plans for a fruitful development of the NA Region made Nicola an excellent choice.
