Please join the OAKLAND ARTCC in hosting a TRACON TUESDAY event. Our controllers are keen as mustard to open all the NorCAL sectors as we coordinate aircraft through the northern Californian airspace. We will plan to have NorCAL online for you, with the support of the surrounding towers (Class D).  We will be online for a few hours feel free to bring some GA traffic or some scheduled airline flights. Choose between small hops between the featured fields or conduct a Bay Tour with a Bravo airspace transition.

The choice is yours. Come hang with us and hope to see as many of you as we can!

Staffing will commence from 1800 PDT and go to 2100 PDT. (0100z-0400z).

Featured Towered Fields:
CLASS D
LVK – Livermore
SQL – San Carlos
HWD – Hayward Executive
SJC - San Jose

Depending on numbers, we may chose to add more towers although we didn't last time.

Please read the following, as we have gone through a few small changes in the class bravo airspace, which will make your bay tours more fun!

Hey Everyone!
Kicking off in a few hours - hope to see plenty of traffic. Weather looks pretty interesting out there, lots of wind and cloud for the VFR traffic to navigate. Also please leave feedback and tell us what you think if you come fly with us!
Cheers

Any way we can find out which NCT sector covers VFR traffic from point A to point B?  Might be easier, if we don't depart from a towered field, than being bounced around from controller to controller. :)
