1. I still have an issue with the 'Required Training Hours provided' based on the current lack of verifiable data for this input.
2. In the Process section, item one states the ATM shall submit the C3 Nomination Form however the form itself provides for VATUSA Staff Members to perform this step as well.
3. Nowhere in the policy is there a reference to limitations on the number of submissions allowed by a given facility however the Submission Form limits each facility to 2 per calendar quarter.
4. It is disappointing to see that previous service as a staff member has been removed from the supported criteria.

Thanks for the feedback David.

1.  We’ll have to rely on ARTCC training hour verification until we have enough data in the centralized training system.

2.  ZHQ staff do not belong to an operational ARTCC so I added the ability for ZHQ staff members to nominate someone on ZHQ staff.  Region Managers will also be able to nominate the ATMs they manage.

3.  I left out the line on facility nomination limitations by accident.  It will be corrected shortly.

4.  The policy has a three year look back period for controllers in a current staff position for two continuous years.  Staff member exemption should be for current staff members and not for controllers who were staff members many years ago.
