...Depart Asia in the morning, and reach the West Coast of the United States by the evening...

Jut double-checking on the event description... Using Time and Date . com (https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html?iso=20210320T190000&p1=1440&p2=248&p3=224&p4=286), 0900Z would be 6:00 p.m. local in Tokyo, rather than morning. Estimating a 10-hour flight, that would put us in San Francisco at 12 noon, rather than evening.

That's correct. It would be a morning departure by U.S. time, with the first departure going out around 0900 zulu. A 10 hour flight would put them in SFO at 1900Z, or 1400 Eastern. The last arrival will arrive before 2300Z, or 1800 Eastern. Sorry, the times can get a bit confusing with so many different time zones to consider.

Oops, sorry for the confusion. I was a bit rushed when writing the description. The times are correct, just my interpretation of them is not  ;D

No probs, it all makes sense now. I've put it in my calendar and I hope I get a slot. I'll be watching for the sign-ups.

We are working on finalizing the booking website this weekend. We are running a little behind, but the website should be functional by the end of the day tomorrow. We will announce when you are able to book slots!
