Title: Seattle has a new Training Administrator!

It is with great pleasure that I announce Frank Miller as the next Training Administrator for the Seattle ARTCC! Frank has been a very long standing member of our ARTCC, having previously served as a mentor and most recently as an instructor. Frank’s determination, expertise, and unique approach to training has made him a true asset to our ARTCC and we look forward to seeing all that he brings in to his hot seat  :)

Thanks for the good wishes and support.   I’m inheriting an easier job because of the hard work and dedication of my predecessors, so I can only hope not to screw things up too badly for as long as I’m allowed to stay!

Best advice received so far:  “Just remember, having a staff position at VATSIM ARTCC Management is like making love to a gorilla..... you don’t stop when YOU get tired..... you stop when the GORILLA gets tired......”.   I’m still trying to figure that out, but it sounds ominous.   Any other advice gratefully received!

Keep those dots apart.
