Come visit ZFW and ZHU as we welcome VFR traffic into 4 of our favorite fields. This event features short hops between Easterwood Field (KCLL), Georgetown Municipal (KGTU), Waco Regional (KACT), and TSTC-Waco (KCNW). These fields will be staffed between 1500 and 1900 CST.

2018-04-22 20:00:00z - 2018-04-23 00:00:00z

There are also a plethora of uncontrolled fields in this area of Texas, so feel free to depart from/arrive into KTPL, KILE, T74, KEDC, KLHB, KRWV, and KCFD.

Yeehaw! The Great State of Texas is celebrating its 173rd Birthday and YOU are invited to fly! Come visit one of our many staffed fields with help from our partners at ZFW and ZAB!

Houston Intercontinental (IAH), Austin-Bergstrom International (AUS), Dallas-Fort Worth International (DFW), San Antonio International (SAT), El Paso International (ELP), and Amarillo International (AMA) will all be staffed up for your flying pleasure from 1800-2300 CST, with the possibility of some special guest airports as well!

IFR, VFR, and Military traffic are all welcome to fly Deep in the Heart of Texas on our favorite holiday!

Come join the Denver and Houston ARTCCs as we crossfire between Denver International (DEN) and Austin-Bergstrom International (AUS). With support from our friends at ZAB and ZFW, we will have complete ATC coverage from AUS to DEN and back from 1800-2200 CST (1700-2100 MST). This event is also known as "Send Ian Back".

WELL THIS EVENT MIGHT BE FOR YOU!!

Join The Toronto CF and the Houston ARTCC as we send pilots on their way from beautiful Toronto, Ontario, Canada to Houston, Texas, United States. Fly from CYYZ to KIAH with full center staffing en-route with the help of our friends from ZOB, ZID, ZME, ZTL, and ZFW!

Departures from CYYZ have a window of 2200z-0000z and ZHU will be staffed from 0000z-0500z.

Arrivals into KIAH should plan for either the DOOBI2 or ZEEKK1 arrival (for standard flow on 26L, 26R, 27), or GESNR1 or SKNRD4 arrival (for east flow on 8L, 8R, 9).

Suggested Routes include:

MIXUT4 GNTRY DJB DUTSH Q29 CREEP PXV J131 LIT J180 SWB DOOBI2 / ZEEKK1 / GESNR1 / SKNRD4

All pilots flying in this event, please plan your route through either SWB or AEX. If your filed arrival does not correspond with current flow at KIAH, you will recieve rerouting instructions prior to either SWB or AEX.

On November 25th from 1900-2300 CST, our controllers will have Polk Approach (KAEX), Lake Charles Approach (KLCH), and Baton Rouge Approach (KBTR) staffed up for your flying plesaure.
