Title: One month newb having a blast!

Although I have a long history with flight (and orbital flight) simulation, I only recently became involved with the online flying community.  It's been about one month since I joined and am still an utter newb in both my piloting and controlling.  But I wanted to thank the controllers and pilots of VATUSA who have provided me with such a warm and mentor-like welcome.  I hope to be around for a long time as I continue to learn and, perhaps eventually, give back to the community.

Posts like these make me want to get online and control now. I love this network... Even though it has its sad moments like pilots requesting a takeoff with a B747 at the gate lol.

Mike- glad you are enjoying it! And even more so, with our neighboring ZSE ARTCC!

Hey we were all newbs at one point no shame in that. Glad to hear that you're enjoying your experience! Keep up the learning  !!!!
