Opening positions for PILOTS & STAFF members.
After being close for more than 1 year, the real, unique and totally renovated "Fly Star Alliance" is back!! We are open and fully operative since the beginning of April and we're now stronger than ever. New servers, advanced PIREP & ACARS technology, state of the art flight planning and much more are waiting for you.
For this recruiting campaign we are looking for staff members to cover different areas of management as well as pilots thriving to fly for us.
Who are we ?
Fly Star Alliance is not just a Virtual Airline dedicated to one particular carrier. We're the counterpart of a real-world network established in 1997 as the first truly global airline alliance to offer customers worldwide reach and a smooth travel experience that includes 26 airlines (including United, US Airways, Continental, Air Canada, Lufthansa, etc) and 16 hubs to choose from. Whether you want to fly a Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, CRJ or almost any other plane out there we will be able to provide a route for you. Our schedule is based on the official Star Alliance Electronic Timetable which is monthly updated and provided as a download in our brand new website:

What we offer ?
While constantly trying to maintain an outstanding service, a huge aircraft & route database, on-demand training sessions and certification, weekly updated event list and state of the art flight reporting and tracking systems, we're also able to provide a very comfortable atmosphere to our Pilots within a fun, friendly and relaxed environment.
PILOTS:
For the current year we decided not to implement any CAT restrictions for our pilots, so you will be hired as a Captain and start your way up from there. You will also find more information about the rankings in our website. As a part of the hiring process we will credit up to 60% of your logged hours (subject to prior verification). We strongly encourage our pilots to fly online within the VATSIM network and we proud ourselves to participate in their weekly events as much as possible. We also opted to partner with the ZLA Pilot Certification Program to augment its existing training program and complement ours. We also plan to host different hub events once the position of Event Manager will be filled.

STAFF MEMBERS:
Current Hub Manager Openings are: Miami, Detroit, London, Paris, Frankfurt
Other openings: Operations Manager, Events Manager
All the positions above require a minimum of:
• Must Be over 18 years of age
• Previous Virtual Airline, VATSIM ATC or Management experience preferred but not required
• Over 550+ VATSIM Online flight hours required
• Be able to attend Hub Manager meetings & dedicate quite some time to the Alliance
• Be able to use Teamspeak 2 and Skype
• VATSIM Membership in good standing
