Just a heads up...

AirTran is certainly a "stickler" about VAs. They tried to pursue a law suit with one a few years ago when I first joined, and I've heard of others as well. Just a heads up...

I was actually involved in that issue a few years ago and the position of the Airtran counsel at that time was that any reference to or use of copyrighted Airtran logos or anything else was forbidden and non-compliance would result in legal action.  I hope they might be more lenient now but I would not count on it.

yea just recently we have finish talking with the airtran lawyers and we have met there guide lines and now were are  the only airtran approve va

i know i'm late with this but i now work for airtran at kpit and they are i have found out there logo and stuff are something they dont like being spread around. there reasoning i still have not really found out but hopefully with this VA will promote them enough for more people to fly them and keep me a job plus a raise  great job guys
