Title: Error for new ATC personnel getting started

Hello,
      One of my friends really wants to start being an ATC here on VATUSA. So I told him to go to the "Become an ATC" section of this websitre, so he went there. He clicked "Click Here to Begin the Process," and when he signed in, he said it gave him an error. It said his vatsim ID wasn't registered when it was, in fact, registered. Is there a way to fix this?

As I stated yesterday, have him file a support ticket at support.vatusa.net

great. I have done it before  He told me he just sent it in so hopefully this gets resolved as quickly, and thouroly as possiple.
