Title: New ATM in Paradise

I'm pleased to announce the appointment of Gary Frothingham as Air Traffic Manager at the Honolulu Control Facility.

I'd also like to give a special thanks to Dave Mayes for his dedication, time and many years of service to Honolulu Control Facility.

Congratulations, wishing you and the controllers at Honolulu the very best.  Also extending any assistance from the VATUSA training department.

Dave Mayes, Thank you for your years of excellent and dedicated service, it was truly a pleasure and honor to have worked with you.  Wishing you the best in your retirement.
