Hi I'm new. So who should I select?

I've passed the beginner test, now the decision of joining a service.
However, there's so many and I'm not sure which one to pick.

The problem I have is that, I'm not sure which one is active more, which one needs new atc, ones that will help me, better myself. etc. Get what I'm saying? So, please any feedback would be great!
