Salt Lake City ARTCC is seeking an Event Coordinator!

Responsibilities:
- Reports to the ZLC DATM, ATM and VATUSA staff as necessary
- Creates, plans and executes ZLC events
- Maintains active online presence on the ZLC Discord, VATUSA forums, VATUSA Discord and the VATSIM network
- Coordinates with other ARTCCs and VATUSA for event support and planning
- Acts as the primary liaison between Virtual Airlines and the ZLC ARTCC
- Develops and distributes marketing material to promote events and the ZLC ARTCC
- Attends staff meetings as required

Required Qualifications:
- Be a member of the Salt Lake City ARTCC, or willing to transfer upon selection.
- Hold a VATSIM Student 3 (S3) rating or higher.
- Must have no significant disciplinary record.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Capable of working well in a team-based environment.
- Capable of using graphic design programs to create event banners.
- Be able to develop and maintain professional working relationships with neighboring ARTCC Event Coordinators.

Desired Qualifications:
- Hold a VATSIM Controller (C1) rating or higher
- Familiar with ZLC operations and airspace
- Previous VATSIM or VA staff experience
- Previous Traffic Management experience
