Title: If I dont have FSX Cloud i be still be a ATC?

Says it all Besides vpilot doesnt work so i use VRC

Aloha Hiro,

Whichever ATC Facility you join when you finish your entrance to exam will supply you with the appropriate programs to use for controlling on the network.  Most ARTCCs use VRC.

FSCloud is not affiliated with VATSIM.
