Title: Washington has a new Training Administrator!

I would like to announce and congratulate the new ZDC TA:  John Bartlett

John has been an active instructor at ZDC for the past couple years, and he is also a former ATM, DATM, and TA.  I look forward to watching our training program continue to develop under his leadership.
