Position: VATUSA9 - Training Content and Curriculum Manager
Responsibilities: Managing the VATUSA Training Services department, including but not limited to the following duties:
- Assist with the development of effective training programs for VATUSA
- Assist with the creation of VATUSA training reports
- Oversee VATUSA training programs and projects
- Monitor and evaluate VATUSA training programs
- Recruit and onboard contributors to VATUSA training programs and projects
- Other duties as assigned by the Deputy Director- Training Services
Please note that the responsibilities of this role may be adjusted from those listed in the posting based on skills and interests of the selected candidate.
Required Qualifications:
- Current (preferred) or former VATUSA Instructor
- At least one year of Senior Staff (ATM/DATM/TA) experience
- A strong desire to improve training within VATUSA
- Ability to work on projects independently and to meet commitments
- Willingness to commit 5-10 hours per week (on average)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a Training Administrator
- Experience writing and curating academic material
