Hello everyone,

I am already a pilot on vatsim.  Can I be an ATC as well?

Best Regards,
Robert

Hi Robert,

On the VATSIM network you can be both a pilot and controller. We'd be happy to have you join our division! Below I will supply a link for you to read through, which will explain the process of becoming a controller in its entirety. Let us know if we can provide any further assistance or answer any questions you may have!

Hello,

I am new and interested in getting started.  I just had to update my division, so I guess it will be a day before I can log on.  I have already installed ASRC and now I just need to install sector files I guess.  Where do i find these?

Thanks
Scott

Scott,
You can find sector files on the ARTCC's website. Use the ARTCC links on the bottom of the VATUSA homepage to help you find those sites.

Edit: Also, you may wish to check out VRC. It is easier for new users to learn, and also is the more popular radar client for VATUSA controllers
