Title: Inactive at ZAU?
Post by: Joe Zona on January 11, 2010, 07:20:48 PM
I know I am on the inactive roster right now, and was informed that I simply needed to request a transfer back to wherever I wanted to be, in my case, ZAU again.  I submitted this about a week ago, and still have had no reply, or have not been placed back on the active roster.  Is there any way this can be done, as I really want to get my training over so I can control

Thanks,
-Joe

There is currently no ATM or DATM in place at ZAU, so I would suggest you send an email to the Northeast Region ATD. You can do this from the VATUSA Staff page:

Hmmmm...I requested for a transfer from ZAN to ZAU last night and it sent me, the Northesast Region ATD, and the ZAN DATM and e-mail...How long should it take for my transfer to go thru?

I cannot answer that question for you. My advice would be the same as it was for the original poster.

While Tom's answer is certainly the best advice, I'd also suggest that expectations are set that it could normally take up to a week.
