Title: Losing "MAJOR" Endorsement

Assume you have attained a "MAJOR" endorsement for a given airport.

Sometime AFTER gaining this endorsement, a member of the staff decides to revoke that endorsement.  Is this legal in the eyes of VATSIM?

I am NOT speaking of a VATSIM Rating, merely the endorsement.

Yes...BUT...

There better be a DAMN good reason for seeking such a drastic action AND every other option that might be available to alleviate the problem had better have been explored and the use of and results of those options well documented.
