Title: VATUSA S1 (DEL/GND) Controller Exam?

Hi,



On December 4th I completed the VATUSA S1 DEL/GND Controller Exam. Sadly I failed the test with a score of 18/25 (72%). It said i could redo the test in short period of time which they did not explain. I thought it might be 7 days as usual but today it is Dec. 12. So when will i be reassigned the test?

Hey John,

This would be a 7 day period. It should have been reassigned yesterday. If not please contact your local training staff.

The exams do not automatically re-assign themselves, an instructor or senior staff member needs to specifically assign the exam to you.  It's best to contact one of them and ask.

Instead of posting the same set of questions in three separate forums, why don't you come onto the ZNY TeamSpeak3 server and talk to a member of our training staff. There's almost always an instructor or mentor around to answer questions. If this doesn't work for you, I strongly encourage you utilize the staff contact information provided to you in the NYARTCC Facility Orientation Guide.
