Title: Inactive account

I haven't flown on Vatsim in a few years.  Today I decided to log back in and have some fun only to find that my account was made inactive.  I submitted a ticket this morning and have been waiting all day for them to get back.  I was just wondering if I could speed up the process by posting in this forum?

William, tickets are answered first come first serve. There is no way to speed up the process, a representative with the membership department will assist when they can, they are volunteers and not staffed 24/7.
