New to VATSIM, who do i contact if it takes more than 24 hours to update my CID on VATUSA. Patrick Short, CID:1186532

Welcome to Vatusa, I'm sure you are going to love it here :-)Regarding your question, Vatusa wouldn't be the right area to be looking in for CID questions and concerns, or at least that's what I know. Your best bet is to visit the Vatsim Membership Department webpage (http://membership.vatsim.net/user/) and open a ticket. They will help you the sooner you open a ticket. I had a problem with my CID in the past and the service was excellent. Good luck, and hope to see you controlling soon.
