I took it but never got an option to select a ARTCC... someone help?

Two problems I see.

1. Yes, you took the exam, but you failed it.  You have a 7 day waiting period before you can attempt it again.  Suggest you take the waiting period to look over the material.  As the exam is open book, suggest you refer to it when taking the exam also.
2. You signed up for VATSIM as "Chris Laf" but on VATUSA as "Chris Lafreniere"  When you figure out your last name, you'll have to fix it somewhere

Assuming it's incorrect on VATSIM, you'll need to open a Membership ticket to get it corrected.  You can do that here:  http://membership.vatsim.net/user (http://membership.vatsim.net/user)
