I took a Cleveland Air Traffic Control Basic Exam on May 28th, but I failed it. I told me to wait at least 7 days before the exam is re-assigned. I have waited over 4 weeks for the exam to be reassigned, but it wasn't. I'm really confused.
I have taken the VATUSA Basic Controller Exam and passed it with a score of 84% a day before I took the Cleveland exam.
Any Help would be appreciated!

Helps to read.
"If the basic exam is not passes, there is a mandatory 7-day waiting period before the next attempt can be made. It is the trainee's responsibility to request the exam be assigned. This can be done by emailing a member of the ZOB staff".
