Title: Not letting me become an ATC

When I hit "Become an ATC" in the Vatusa homepage, I put in my Vatsim ID and password and a red messege always comes up and says that I have done this already, and that I cannot do anything. I contacted Membership Services but they havent gotten back to me. The red messege says that I should check with my last ARTCC but I havent joined any ARTCC's because I am not ATC. Can Anyone help?

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble. What is your CID? You might want to send Don an email at vatusa1@vatusa.net if you haven't already.

This has been resolved.
