TS2 is rather old so most, if not all, ARTCCs use TS3. Which ARTCC teamspeak are you trying to join? You can add server bookmarks by selecting Bookmarks->Add to Bookmarks

Pedro, as we discussed previously, the ZMA TS is for ATC personnel use only, not for pilots to communicate with ATC.  You, as a pilot, do not communicate with ATC via TS, but rather, through your pilot client be it squawkbox or FSINN. Further information can be found here http://www.vatsim.net/prc/ (http://www.vatsim.net/prc/)

Hope that helps

Pedro,
Adding to Ken's post, here is one of many links on YouTube that will help you with the setup you need which enables you to fly online and communicate with ATC on the VATSIM nework.
