I use the Plantronics PTT and all I had to do was select the hardware on Joker and then select which key I wanted it to map to. No configuring of the device was necessary. That of course may be different for something such as the foot pedal, though.

My understanding is that it would NOT be different. I am hoping to get someone to allow me to share my screen with them and see what is different about my set up vs theirs.
