Title: Is there a way to make my name Private?

I'd personally not like my name on the forums. However I don't know how to change it. If any one could help?

The name is the one associated to your CID as registered with VATSIM.  There isn't a way to use a "nickname" on the forums.  Besides, any user can take your CID and query VATSIM for it without any staff involvement to find out your real name.

Considering you are required to log into the network using your full name, it's all but certain you have to use it on network related forums etc

By signing up for VATSIM and agreeing to the COC, you are more or less agreeing to use your name in a public environment. By signing up for VATUSA, you are thus extending your name usage to its forums.
