Title: Help getting back

I joined Vatsim about 3 years ago and attempted to become an ATC in ZMP. I wasn't able to however due to school and a few other things. Now that I am in college, I have much more free time, and I would like to become an ATC. I just can't remember where to start and I would love some direction.
